Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Gold Road International p.l.c. to trading on Euronext Growth.
The company is granted exemption from Euronext Growth Rulebook I section 3.1.13, which requires financial statements for the two (2) preceding years. It has been considered that the company was incorporated on 24 April 2025 and has prepared audited consolidated financial statements from its time of incorporation until and including 31 December 2025, in addition to unaudited consolidated interim financial statements as of and for the three-month period ended 31 March 2026.
It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies the admission requirements on Euronext Growth. The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than 18 September 2026.
